07 Jul 2016 — Paulo Braga captured 13th place in the Oulton Park Flat6 in the opening round of the Porsche GT3 Challenge [Euro] series.
Braga started the race in the 12th spot and was caught by Alexander Pinto for 10th on the first lap. In the end Braga settled into 13th the lap before retiring early due to engine trouble.
Porsche GT3 Challenge [Euro] series moves on to Round 2 in a week at Mountain Peak Road Course. The series has 13 drivers competing for points in the championship.
Dino Paolini leads the championship in a tight campaign over Rui Santos, separated by just a couple grid spots. The title continues to be challenged by Paul Anstey, Joseph Smith, Rob Milliken, Mauro Mariani, Roger Hinds, Jimi Nisula, Standa Sehnal, Tomas Uher, Alexander Pinto, Ed Jones, and Paulo Braga as well. The Top 5 places are an open field for 13 drivers in the running with six races remaining.
