24 Sep 2010 — Mario Rocha took fifth place in the GT2 class in the Cadwell Park LMGT in the sixth and final round of the LeMans GT Challenge [Euro] series.
Driving the Spyker C8, Rocha spent the majority of 28 laps total pursuing Matej Ahacic after being engaged and passed by him on lap 10. In the end Rocha settled into fifth the half-dozen laps running to the conclusion.
Rocha finished the series 20th in the GT2 class standings. He made one start and finished as high as fifth.
LeMans GT Challenge [Euro] series finished its season after six rounds spanning two months. A total of 61 drivers competed for points in the multiclass championships.
David Micheller took the GT2 class championship, leading 140 laps and taking four victories in four races. Brad Dasler, Marco Pastorio, Francesco Micheletto, and Sergio Marques rounded out the Top 5.
Zak Ollerenshaw took the GT1 class championship, leading 114 laps and taking five victories in six races. John Van Der Geest, Glenn Waldow, Pablo Garcia, and Andre Martins finished out the Top 5.
