20 Apr 2010 — Mario Rocha took 17th place in the TNC Stock Car Series in the opening round of the TNC Stock Car Series.
After starting 17th, Rocha gained his way to 16th and then dropped to 23rd in the early stages. Rocha took the fight back and forth with Daniel Bolman in a drawn-out battle for 19th from the beginning, wrangling over a range of 55 laps. Rocha ran the majority pursuing Bolman after originally engaging him on the third lap, coming from as many as nine places back. Driving the COT Chevrolet, Rocha launched a prolonged challenge at Bolman early in the running, staying within a lap behind him and keeping pace over a continuous run of 25 laps. Rocha passed Bolman for the second time and into 17th place on lap 77, and controlled it the remaining few laps to the finish.
